Integration between AIL TMS and e-conomic
Invoice data from your trips goes straight to e-conomic. You don't enter the same thing in two places.
What is transferred
Once a trip is approved for invoicing, trips, surcharges and discounts are combined into invoice data in AIL TMS. It is transferred to e-conomic with customer, item numbers, quantities and prices. Bookkeeping happens in e-conomic as it does today.
Customers and item numbers
Customers and item numbers are kept identical in both systems, so every invoice line lands on the right item and account in e-conomic.
Approval before transfer
Nothing is sent automatically. The dispatcher or accounts team approves the invoice data in AIL TMS before it is transferred.
How to get started
We go through your e-conomic setup with you: item numbers, accounts and which customers to include. Then we set up the integration and test it with real trips before it goes live.
