Everything the portals can do

  • Dispatcher

Full overview and planning on the timeline. Read more under Dispatch & fleet.

  • Driver app

Daily assignments, route navigation, digital POD with signature, photos of damage and delivery, and exchange pallet logging.

  • Customer portal

Customer staff create orders, monitor status, and download consignment notes and invoices.

  • Subcontractor portal

Trips are passed to external hauliers who confirm receipt, and settlement is generated automatically.

  • Workshop

Defect reports, inspections, scheduled servicing, and spare parts. Damage photos from the driver app feed straight into the workshop log.

  • Role-based access control

Access is managed by role: administrator, dispatcher, driver, finance, customer, and subcontractor.
