Søren holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and has 15+ years of experience with process optimisation, digitalisation, and business development in major Danish organisations. He has worked as a project manager, Lean, and optimisation consultant for companies such as Novo Nordisk, TDC, and DSB. Throughout his career, he has driven cross-functional improvement projects, implemented management systems, and translated complex challenges into practical solutions that deliver operational value. Today, Søren works with AI and automation, possessing hands-on experience in building solutions that eliminate manual bottlenecks and strengthen decision-making in organisations. With his down-to-earth and business-oriented approach, Søren helps AI Læring's clients and course participants make AI practical in daily operations.

Daniel holds an MSc in Digital, AI, and business management from Harvard Medical School, Copenhagen Business School, the IT University of Copenhagen, and Queensland University of Technology. He has worked for 20+ years in the digital space across the logistics, energy, and pharmaceutical industries. Most recently, he founded several AI companies and served as Vice President at Novo Nordisk. Prior to that, he served as Chief Digital Officer at Leo Pharma and held various positions at Maersk. With broad theoretical knowledge and experience in digital, AI, and business management, Daniel looks forward to making AI grounded and practical across the entire organisation.

Rasmus holds an MSc in Strategy, Organisation, and Leadership from Copenhagen Business School and is certified in change management and behavioural theory. He has worked for 20+ years focusing on driving user adoption of new technologies, processes, and workflows. As a consultant at Accenture, he worked on a wide range of projects across industries and geographies, and at Maersk and Novo Nordisk, he built high-performing change management teams and best practices. With deep theoretical and practical experience in implementing change, Rasmus helps AI Læring's clients and course participants quickly learn how an organisation ensures successful adoption of AI.

Peter is an experienced transport and logistics executive and AI advisor focusing on cross-functional transformation design. With more than 20 years of industry experience across customer service, planning and execution, product management, and procurement—most recently at A.P. Møller - Mærsk—he helps leaders identify where AI delivers genuine value, function by function, and sequence adoption to reinforce cross-company collaboration. He works with transformation design, value prioritisation, cross-functional alignment, operating models, and change sequencing.

Christian has more than 18 years of experience developing and scaling HR functions in international enterprises such as ISS, LEO Pharma, and Schneider Electric. He has worked on designing global HR operating models where processes, technology, and data support both business growth and the employee experience. At ISS, he was responsible for creating a global blueprint for 125,000 annual hires across 32 countries—including HR tech architecture, data foundations, automation, and AI-supported workflows. Christian combines deep hands-on HR experience with a strong understanding of how data and AI can free up time, reduce complexity, enhance the employee experience, and elevate HR from administration to strategic business contribution. Today, he helps organisations build modern People functions where people, processes, and technology work in harmony—using AI as a practical tool for better decisions, faster recruitment, and stronger employee experiences.

Christian is AI Læring's specialist in the EU AI Act and works as an instructor and implementation consultant. He has 18+ years of experience developing complex systems in regulated environments, most recently 12 years as Principal Systems Engineer at Demant, where he worked with quality assurance, process improvement and AI-based automation. Prior to that, he spent six years as a management consultant at Sogeti with clients such as Maersk, Ørsted and PFA. Christian also has experience training development teams in new workflows. He looks forward to making the EU AI Act tangible, helping companies both understand the requirements and put them into practice without making processes heavier than necessary.

Noel has more than 20 years of experience as a full-stack developer in major Danish organisations, including Danske Bank, NNIT, Dansk Arbejdsgiverforening and most recently Deltek. Throughout his career, he has developed and maintained a wide spectrum of systems, from the bank's intranet login system serving thousands of employees, to a case management system used by Danish embassies worldwide, to Deltek WorkBook, a cloud-based ERP platform used by creative and marketing agencies globally. With experience across the entire stack—.NET, C#, Azure, SQL and modern JavaScript frameworks—he has delivered enterprise-scale solutions, assisted clients with complex cloud and SSO integrations, and trained developers through code reviews and hands-on sparring. In recent years, Noel has also worked with AI, building internal prototypes and workflows with Claude, Azure OpenAI and OpenAI's APIs. He helps AI Læring's clients translate AI ambitions into working software, backed by decades of hands-on experience as a developer.

Lasse works with software and infrastructure at AI Læring, building solutions with agentic coding and self-hosted AI. His starting point is that the client fully owns their solution, from the source code to the data it processes. He has 11 years of professional experience across development, operations and design. As a data technician at JN Data, he gained experience in IT infrastructure operations, and for six years he ran his own company, LaFlair Media, delivering everything from logos and websites to video production. This combination allows Lasse to build the system, keep it running, and ensure it remains straightforward for the people using it.
