Invoicing and finance

The invoice compiles itself from what was transported

Transport jobs, surcharges and discounts are compiled into invoice lines. Finance approves, and the invoice is transferred to your accounting system.

No surcharges forgotten

Every transport job turns into invoice lines with base rate, surcharges, and discounts. Each line displays the rule behind the calculation, so you can answer customer queries instantly.

  • Fuel, road tolls, and bridges are added automatically
  • Customer agreements and special rates are applied line by line
  • Daily, weekly, or monthly invoicing per customer

Errors caught before the customer sees them

The platform flags lines that conflict with the agreement or lack data. Finance corrects or approves, and nothing is sent without human review.

  • Discrepancies displayed together before sending
  • Invoiced lines are locked
  • Corrections handled via credit note and traceable post-adjustment

Illustration: a fictional list of two discrepancies prior to dispatch — a fuel surcharge not included in the customer agreement, and a transport job without an actual end time from the driver.

2 discrepancies before dispatch

  • F-2026-0409 · Customer D

Fuel surcharge is not included in the customer agreement.

  • F-2026-0413 · Customer E

Transport job 20417 has no actual end time from the driver.

Everything else finance needs

The features that turn month-end closing into hours instead of days.

  • Collective invoicing

Multiple transport jobs on a single invoice according to customer frequency.

  • Free-text invoice

Invoice services without an associated transport job.

  • Locked lines

Invoiced lines cannot be modified by mistake.

  • Credit notes

Corrections with full audit trail back to the order.

  • Export to accounting

Integration with your accounting system: invoice drafts are exported, and status is returned. E.g. e-conomic, Business Central, Dinero and many more.

  • Frequency per customer

Daily, weekly, or monthly, configured once per customer.

Integrated with your accounting and payroll system

Customers, items, and invoices sync with the accounting system, and hours pass seamlessly to payroll and HR. We connect to e-conomic, Business Central, Dinero and other common systems. No duplicate data entry required.
