The whole order in one place
Customer, addresses, freight, exchange pallets and documents are on the same order, so dispatcher, driver and accounts work from the same information.

Transport jobs, vehicles and drivers are planned with drag-and-drop and colour status. Transit to and from the depot is shown, keeping the plan realistic.
Calendar, list and map
The same plan can be viewed as a calendar, list or map, depending on the task.
Create and reuse transport jobs
Transport jobs are created across task types and business areas. Orders can be copied, and regular transport jobs created from templates.
Freight pool and groupage
Unplanned jobs are gathered in a freight pool and added to new or existing transport jobs.
Holiday and sickness overview
Holidays, sickness and absence for drivers, as well as inspections and servicing for vehicles, are recorded and displayed, even across multiple months.
Route and time calculation
Driving time, breaks and ferry times are calculated in advance to keep the plan realistic.
Warning on double booking
The platform warns of double bookings without blocking work. The dispatcher decides.
Own fleet and external hauliers
Trips are assigned to own vehicles or forwarded to external hauliers, who confirm in the subcontractor portal.
Vehicle and driver registry
Vehicles, trailers and drivers with certificates, inspections and servicing. Notifications are sent before inspections and servicing are due.
Route overview and GPS
Position and route overview via telematics.
Global search
Search across orders, customers, addresses and invoice numbers.
Full log
Every change is logged with timestamp and user.
